Never have a car for you. And if you have Phil GOOD LUCK!! That man hates his job ALWAYS has an attitude and your car will be 3 hours late. Don’t worry Phil your old AND new area managers have already been contacted. Response to your response: y’all need to fire Phil. Your store would do so much better without him.

Very nice experience, clerk was very kind. Good value especially considering how much rentals at the airport were going to cost us. We got in late and even though we had a reservation with a different company they didn't have any value priced cars available, so they wanted to charge $300 per day for a luxury vehicle we didn't rent in the 1st place. got a nice ride the following morning from this Hertz for about $175 for our entire 4 day trip. Twice now I have attempted to rent from this location to find out that they don't have any cars available, after the confirmation was already sent. I was not told until I showed up to pick up the car. No phone call or text ahead of time. Terrible communication.

Poor service. Set up reservation for pick up went to location to only be told that they don't accept debit cards for this transaction
