I had to leave a 1-star review, because if you don't leave at least one star, you can't post a review. This is by far the worst rental experience. I rent a car every month and not only did the car have barely any gas in it, but it was also filthy inside and out and had a nauseating mold smell. My deposit was not and still has not been released and when questioned the answer I got was that they had a new computer program, and they didn't know how to do it!!!!! GO ANYWHERE TO RENT A CAR, BUT HERE!!!!
Great service. Rented the car at Philadelphia airport. Cranston was helpful when I picked it up. And the person when I dropped it off was helpful too. The only issue was during the rental I had to replace the key fob battery. It would have been better if someone would have come out to deal with that. Kim R. Harwood Heights IL.
