My dad had a pretty bad experience with this rental company. He was quoted an amount for a Toyota RAV4 for 15 days and that was good, we get to the shop and there's a younger man at the desk that says we had been quoted wrong and proceeded to tell us we had to pay an extra $900 on top of the already $1300+ we were originally quoted. Okay. Paid $2200 and some change. He then put the amount in the EFTPOS machine and didn't ask my dad which account he wanted.
