Had an excellent experience with Hertz here. Vicki was very professional and friendly and arranged an airport pick-up to take me to the office for my car. The whole process was smooth with no issues at all and the car was in amazing condition. Highly recommend!

The price is similar to other rental companies and it's expensive no matter where you go. Other than that, the rental experience was exceptional as the service at the Gander Hertz location was 5 stars. Vicky is a pleasure to deal with and deserves all kudos. We'll be back to Gander Hertz.

Hertz in total and Hertz here in Gander is a complete scam. We made a prepayment and couldn't get the car because they don't accept here anything except credit visa. We had never get any notice about that though. So we were left in the middle of nowhere without a car and any support. And they don't want to return prepayment. Do not use this shitty service. You even won't be able to get any support by phone (we were holding for two hours while they were pulling us back and forth and eventually didn't resolve this problem).
