I recently rented from this location. From the initial renting process to the final checkout, it was a smooth transaction. Both Nicole and Vicki were amazing to deal with. They even checked in with me the day after i took out the rental to make sure everything was good and asked if i had any questions. Will defiantly be back in the future. Highly recommend!

Stopped in through central NL to talk about rental options, talked to the lady with the grey hair, really friendly. I commented on the coffee bar, it's great, I asked her where they got it, she said SHE made it! Through our conversation, she said she took it upon herself as a little improvement. Wish I had someone like that in my office. I tough the older blonde lady must have been the boss, she was on the phone the whole time, not that I was eavesdropping, but it sounded more like gossip than business she was discussing. Hertz Rental car in Gander is by far the very best customer service I have ever received! We had mechanical issues with our rental (from a different location) and Vicki was beyond helpful and accomodating. We were in and out in a new vehicle in a flash. If you need a rental, this is the very best place by far!!!

Vickie was fabulous she was very accommodating especially with all of our flight delays. Her knowledge of Gander was excellent and she suggested places to see and places to see!
