Convenient location
I’ve never had a bad experience like this before. We show up around 4:40 PM (they close at 5:00) and there is only one employee working in the front room. The guys detailing cars were all standing around and smoking in the parking lot. The lady up front was new and was trying to manage the reservation computer but was obviously struggling because she was still learning. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour to get a rental vehicle. One person working the front, another in the back- only coming out occasionally, but did not help additional people waiting. Actually saw people waiting and did not help. Also, this place smelled like someone had pooped in the waiting area. Awful smelling. Ended up walking out because no one would help and figured we could get better service somewhere else.
Fast return, friendly staff.
