Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff and “manager”. Very unhelpful and condescending. Even “area manager” had no information as to why I was charged 500 dollars on a car I was loaned for 3 hours. I’m confused what the “management” does there when they knew nothing about anything. Absolutely awful branch and staff.

Some background... I originally booked my rental through the Hertz rental center in Johnstown, OH. The manager at that location had an altercation with one the customers ahead of us that resulted in him giving our rental away and leaving us without a car for our vacation. He told me I could go to the airport in Columbus, OH to see if they have any available for me to pick up. I am becoming SO FRUSTRATED with this location. 1. I was provide a 4 runner with transmission problems 2. I continue to ask for an invoice and resolution and to be followed up with. It has been 3 days now with me asking for support, getting nothing. 3. I had to spend HOURS and miss work meetings in Chicago due to this location providing a lemon. 4. Jessica (manager) always says “I will follow up with my RM and get back to you, I’m so sorry” and then does not follow up. Please make this a priority.
