Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff and “manager”. Very unhelpful and condescending. Even “area manager” had no information as to why I was charged 500 dollars on a car I was loaned for 3 hours. I’m confused what the “management” does there when they knew nothing about anything. Absolutely awful branch and staff.
Some background... I originally booked my rental through the Hertz rental center in Johnstown, OH. The manager at that location had an altercation with one the customers ahead of us that resulted in him giving our rental away and leaving us without a car for our vacation. He told me I could go to the airport in Columbus, OH to see if they have any available for me to pick up.
