Hertz in Frisco charged $250 detailing fee for the car smelling like smoke and ashes found in the trunk that were not mine. No resolution was given by management. Poor customer service from all staff except the black Woman with glasses (she was professional and very helpful at time of renting the vehicle initially)

The worst company to rent from . Show up in the morning they told me the system is down and we can’t get you rental . Very bad customer service

This Hertz location is a circus, avoid at ALL costs even if your insurance is covering it. Find a different rental company or at least a different location.

This is ridiculous. The hertz app shows vehicle available and ready for me to pick up. I show up to be told that I’m on a waiting list. Gabe, who claimed to be the manager, offered for me to head to the airport. Then stated he doesn’t control revenue management when I asked if the rate was the same. No empathy when it comes to an out of towner—someone who uses hertz faithfully. Just horrible experience.

Very poor service — I had a confirmed booking for over a month, but one hour before pickup, Hertz told me no cars were available. The staff was rude on the phone and hung up. Because of this, I had to book with Enterprise at triple the cost. Very disappointing experience with Hertz. I want to give 0 star but do not have 0 star
