Purposefully waiting until closing time to call the day before my reservation to inform me me that there were no cars available. As a result, I couldn't cancel in time and was charged the full amount. Terrible company, will never be renting or doing business with Hertz again.

I rented a car online and the app. I rushed there before they closed only for the manager to rudely tell me they didnt have any same day cars. That sounded made up. The other girl said it should say there was no cars but she interrupted her to say no we have nothing. Why do they tell people to use the online and app when it doesnt have access to the inventory at the locations. I asked if she could help me cancel so I can get a refund and she said no and told me to call someone else. Horrible experience. Least helpful people ... read more

I’ve rented from this Hertz location on Preston Road in Frisco many times and have always had a good experience. I’ve never had any problems with my rentals, and everything has always gone smoothly for me. I’m honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews because my experience here has been consistently positive. I’ll definitely continue renting from this location and would recommend giving them a chance.
