The worst company to rent from. I have them another chance and they did wrong . I arrived in the morning to pick my rental and after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby no greeting or nothing ( let me have your license ) their answer we don’t have your car and he asked 70$ more a day for similar car , and they were unable to provide the rental. The customer service was very poor and unprofessional no greeting they seem they are doing you a favor to rent from them .my visit again on 3/27/2026
Terrible place! Made reservation online and Uber to this location only for them to tell me that they have no cars available! What is that? Why was I able to reserve a vehicle then? Customer service was terrible. The guy just gave me a 1-800 number to call and just said sorry. Man, never using them again. Beware!
If I could give this location a negative rating, I would. They allow you to book and then don’t have any cars claiming the location only does insurance rentals. If so, why have online bookings available? Why did you not call and let us know ahead of time? The workers at the front desk Chris and some young girl have horrible customer service. They tried to give me an all electric vehicle (that’s as close as they can give me) which I know nothing about managing. There were at least three other people having the same issue.
Terrible customer service a lot full of cars made reservation yesterday and they told me they have no cars. Man on site was nasty and not accommodating
DO NOT PREPAY: They took my money, had no cars, and refused to cancel. As a frequent traveler, I understand that logistical hiccups happen, but the way this location conducts business is absolutely shameful. I prepaid for a minivan in advance because I specifically needed the space for my family of seven. When we arrived, we were told they had absolutely zero cars available.
