Never answer the phone, they are not helpful at all. It is so hard to get in contact with someone. When you go in office they have you waiting for forever. Be prepared to have your time wasted in there

This is the absolute worst Hertz location. Unfortunately i rent here often. You always have to wait because they are under staffed, The lobby has trash on the floor. I rented from this location 2 times within 3 weeks. The first time they gave me a dirty car Fingerprints all over the window. I had to go back inside to have them Come out and clean it. RENT HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN I had the worst experience with Hertz Rental. Not only did they give me a car that was dirty, with a ripped up steering wheel and a mirror practically hanging off, but they also stole my belongings. I accidentally left my stroller inside the car, and despite calling every single day for over a month, they refuse to return it.
