As many of the reviews here Frisco Hertz deserves a score of 1 for the poor customer service. Today I received a call around 4:50 pm from "Alantra" who actually turned out to be the manager. She told me in a very unconcerned matter of fact manner that the 7 passenger vehicle I had reserved for pickup tomorrow morning at 10 am was not available. It was VERY obvious she didn't care. I am upgrading my review to 3 stars. I was issued refunds for the below. It was a very unpleasant experience and such a waste of my time, but I'm glad they corrected the in appropriate charges. ---- This location is run by a bunch of crooks. Let me count multiple incidents on multiple rentals: 1. $470+ road assitance charge (road assistance never requested or occurred!) 2. $250 cleaning charge. This location is run by a bunch of crooks. Let me count multiple incidents on multiple rentals: 1. $470+ road assitance charge (road assistance never requested or occurred!) 2. $250 cleaning charge. This was tacked on several hours after the car was returned and inspected! They. just "updated" my receipt. 3. FSO charge added without my request (I have a standard profile that specifically rejects FS). Add this all up and you end with over $800 of BS charges on just 2 rentals! CAVEAT EMPTOR
