Truly a great experience. Even though this location was busy, they still answered the phone and helped everyone efficiently. Due to another company not having my reserved vehicle ready, I switched to Hertz and am glad I did. The agents even stayed past closing time to fully assist all customers, while still being very kind and professional. Makes me want to choose Hertz every time.
Worst place to rent a car. Will never come back. Worst attitude ever received. Although we are presidential members, but will rather go to enterprise nearby. We were treated so much better there!
The shittiest customer service I’ve ever encountered, all the 3 employees has to be put under the scrutinization program to learn how to take care of the customers, I hope hertz wouldn’t hire such people. They were careless about the reservation policies and return process.
Very unprofessional experience at this Hertz location. The staff member I dealt with was disorganized and rude, and I felt I was treated differently in a way that came across as discriminatory. Overall it was a mess from start to finish. I won’t be booking with Hertz again.
I've been doing the monthly rentals since october, I go with hertz everytime/every month, but the staff at this particular location are horrible, careless and disrespectful. I was left answered kept waited wantedly and made me leave by self for asking questions reagrding my upcomig rental, they were so impatience, laughs and chats among themselves even though the customers were waiting on line, WORST experience ever, thank you Hertz.
