It sucked they didn’t have the car that I asked for they kept trying to upcharge on Everything . they would not let me wait for a car to be cleaned and they said the only one they had was the Altima when they had other cars the manager said I had cancel my reservation and reserve again for a different car because he knew it would cost more since it’s day of the reservation and it was the-day before thanksgiving and he was extremely rude and disrespectful the whole time . the sales associate really tried but he couldn’t do an... read more
Manager there has zero customer service experience. Its a car rental company, a service we pay for. Booked online came and no car. Hus comments "its not because you booked online the car will magically appear". Dude I just had no time for it the day before thanksgiving.
I am beyond furious with my experience at Hertz. The insurance sent me here for what was supposed to be a simple two-day rental. Instead, Hertz charged me for seven days — and on top of that, they hit my credit card with $70 of toll charges for just 2 days, which is ridiculous. What makes this even worse is that this didn’t feel like a mistake — it felt intentional. As someone who typically rents from hertz over 200 days a year, there is a reason this is one of the worst rated hertz locations you can find. I’d recommend driving a bit to find a different location
This was by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. I even called ahead to confirm they had cars available, but when I arrived, there were none. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude. If you’re looking to waste your time and money, this is the place to go.
