I reserved a car from the MBS airport. I got an email the day before I was scheduled to pickup. I checked in online and needed to provide a credit card. I typed in my debit/credit card and computer wouldn't accept it. I called National 1-800 number since they "cover" for Enterprise. They were both closed for the day at the airport. The 1-800 number said I couldn't use a debit/credit card on the computer, but reassured me that I would be fine at the counter. They had no suggestions on solutions. Just watched a video of a Hertz employee treating a customer horribly and calling the police on them because they screwed up a reservation. Don't rent from this horrible company. There are other rental companies that treat their customers with respect and have employees who know what they're doing.

Didn’t have the car that I reserved. They eventually found something. We were hoping to have a Camry or similar but all they had was a Wrangler. I liked the Wrangler but after 3000 miles in a Wrangler, some of the passengers were uncomfortable. This was not the location’s fault however. It was more of a corporate computer system failure. The lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will most likely think of Hertz for my future rentals!

Matt and Sheila were super helpful in assisting our needs for our trip. They were professional and had great communication skills. I even forgot my drivers license at the desk and they went out of their way to ensure I got it back. Integrity at best! Please give them the recognition they deserves.
