Never ever pick up phone. Ever. Don’t even get me started on customer service
AVOID AT ALL COST! Basically I would give a rating of ZERO if it were available. Not only did I have to endure over 3 hours to get the vehicle causing me to be late for a wedding, I completed the survey sharing the toothpick issue and extreme wait times (managers were nowhere to be found). The survey was in March, the email to the EXECUTIVE OFFICE was July 1st and again in August before I got Ms. Jones on the phone. Sadly, I was disconnected 4x and got another "sorry".
