A massive thanks to Taylah at Hertz Frankston for her amazing customer service! As a real estate agent I rely heavily on my vehicle, and when my car broke down I urgently needed a rental. Taylah was professional and incredibly helpful (as well as laurent with me not understanding some things lol). She went above and beyond!! I will now be recommending Hertz to anyone I know that needs to rent a car thanks to her outstanding service.
Warning ! Watch out these guys are crooks they will steal from you. Think very clearly before hiring from these guys. I had a very minor scrape on the bumper of the car and they made me pay $725 as the car was insured from SunCorp. Herz you have not heard the last of this. I will be blogging, posting on LinkedIN and launching a full on campaign to show just how great your services are to the world.
My car was damaged over the easter weekend. my insurance company arranged a hire car through hertz for me as part of my policy. I picked up a car and everything was fine. a couple of weeks after I took the car back I got an email advising me that I need to pay tolls.
