This is more of a critique of both Hertz and the Express Drive program. The premium EVs I’ve encountered have mostly been in rough shape. The first car I was assigned was filthy—there was an old human nail clipping inside—and had poor alignment. The second had a badly degraded battery. Some of the cars also smelled pretty bad, like deep odor. That said, the staff has been helpful and understanding, which I appreciated. My advice: always test drive the car before accepting it to avoid surprises.
Cant book online, so i call in to book, automated message tells you to book online and hang out. Thats a quick way to get me to use enterprise.

OMG! The staff here make you feel right at home. All Hertz I've been to are great, but these people provide over the top service. Loving it!!
This location is terrible. I have received 2 cars that were either not charged, or low fuel. I have to drive from Palm Springs to get to this location, with my 3 children with me. The first vehicle that I received the front frame fell off of the passenger side door, while I was driving. The representative that works there, Jesse, filed a fraudulent claim against me for a cracked windshield. This is the second rental car that I received from this location.
