Do not book with this location! After looking online on Hertz website to book a rental, I called the location to ensure ahead of time they had the selection I was looking for. The first rep who answered the call was not knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot nor about what happens when the vehicle you choose is not available. She let me know she needed to get someone “who can explain it better to you” as if I was the one who was incompetent in the situation. Her manager, Mia, came on the line. Cancels your reservation less than an hour before pickup, saying "we don't have the vehicle your booked, you booked on a 3rd party site" - we booked directly on the Hertz website. Avoid if you can.

Absolutely disgraceful. Never have I had a an experience like at this location. The store manager, Mia, although deceptively kind at first, was pretty shady and tried to gaslight me multiple times and shame me in front of all the other customers due to her own mistakes?… Made a reservation many weeks in advance for a monthly rental she would actively try to minimize my efforts. “Oh yeah you were the one that called to cancel right?” No….
