They don’t answer the damn phone. Just do away with the number. The phone run for 48 minutes and I hung up. This was regular business hours.
The Nissan versa needs to take you taken off your line of cars for rental in fort Worth because people drive extremely too fast and that little Nissan versa does not have any kind of you know gumption it doesn't go and it sounds like it's going to burn up and the air conditioners in and take forever to condition the car for comfort but the guys were really nice for picking up the car up where I dropped it off at the train station but that is the wrong car for rental in a big city and for the price$ 1,600.00 are you kidding m... read more
Absolutely best rental car customer service. I much prefer contactless pick-up but it wasnt offered at this location, but tbh it ended up being a refreshing experience bc the agent was the absolute kindness and most considerate person. She went out of her way to help me get from my vehicle into the rental. Im honestly shocked with how kind her customer service was. Nobody answers the phone at this location. I left something behind in the vehicle I rented. I know that’s on me, but it doesn’t hurt to see if they would be honest and return my item. I’ve called at least 20 times over the past 9 hours (letting it ring each time for ant least 6 minutes) and NO ONE will answer. They even have a lost and found option on their menu, but it doesn’t matter because no one is manning the phones.
