Very reliable and trustworthy
RENTER BEWARE!!!!! Don’t use Hertz trying to have customers pay for previous damage on high mileage cars 60k plus . Was assured by Elijah Brown Hertz employee at Taylor St Ft Worth office to disregard letters about damage to car they will resolve it. Now getting collection letters a year later for damage that was already on the piece of junk car.
This Hertz is busy and any hiccups I have had here have originated at the corporate level (this is my second rental) and not due to local management. Staff here are extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you, even when circumstances are out of their control. Thank you Hertz Fort Worth on Taylor Street. I appreciate you!

I originally had a reservation for pickup on August 30, but due to severe storms in the DFW area, my flight was delayed and I arrived at the location 20 minutes after closing. Prior to landing, I reconfirmed my pickup with the Regional Manager, yet I received no courtesy call or follow-up. The rental was left active on file, which triggered the rental period and placed a hold on my card. It took multiple calls to corporate to resolve the issue.
