Booked a rental for pick up at 4:00 Pm. Arrived and was told there was none available and to come back at 6 pm by the male employee. We arrived at 6 as instructed and the store was closed. No one at the building, door locked, and no one called to inform us our car wouldn’t be available. Called customer service and they told us there’s nothing they could do. Worst customer experience ever. That employee should know better if the store closes at 6 why would you instruct a client to come at 6
I had a scheduled pickup with Hertz, and they completely failed to show up. I waited the entire time at the shop, expecting the courtesy pickup as promised, but no one ever came. No calls, no updates—just completely left me hanging. This kind of poor communication and lack of reliability is unacceptable, especially when people are depending on you for transportation.
