Not good at all my card was charge 205$ when it was only supposed to be 50$ I had to cancel my card because they continued taking unnecessary payments I called them 20 times and no answer not once Hertz rental on Taylor St sucks 😤
they never answer the phone, when they do they say they'll call you back and never do. they are also withholding my security deposit because i "had a balance" but insurance paid for the rental and i only paid for liability insurance which was another thing they lied about because when i agreed i was told there were 2 price levels but then valerie said there was only 1. i was told day one i would get my deposit back, and no one ever mentioned any situation or scenario i wouldn't get it back. the car was dirty when we received... read more
