If I could get this a zero stars I would because the Hertz company had a vehicle picked it up on time. I dropped it off 15 minutes earlier than the drop off time that was allotted on my agreement. I got the invoice two days later stating that my vehicle was dropped off two days in an hour late so I was charging an additional $300. Warning! place will trick ya with a pretty face at the door and quick talking. Car had maintenance lights on. They billed me multiple times at 3am and were never communicative. Given the chance this place will bilk ya. Goto enterprise instead. All bad here. Trust me you dont want a car from here

Went to rent a car in Fort Wayne. website confirmed my reservation get there they do not do same-day reservations and they have any cars? I called the helpline and they told me the closest one would be in Mishawaka very unhelpful. but they did waive the penalty for me not picking up the car. They tried to upsell me a seven passenger vehicle instead at the normal rate.

The worst possible place to rent a car. I went to pick up my reserved rental car and they said it's cancelled and someone had called me to inform about it. I didn't receive any call! The manager walks in and says he can't do much since the car was reserved 24 hours back! Am not sure why reserving a car a day before is an issue! I had a flight to catch from Chicago ORD and all my plans went topsy turvy.

got thrown through the ringer right before going to a music festival. first company didn’t accept my card, second didn’t have a single car available, i called hertz on a last try and my day was saved. the new management has this place in a better condition than its ever been. i was so grateful that by the time i sat in the chair and got the keys it had only been about 20-25 minutes.
