Quick, friendly service. Several clean, low mileage cars to choose from.
Not a good car rental for planning. I booked a midsize car for $258.89 for 3 days. I used my Emerald card to book the card for reserve. But once I arrived to pick up the car they refused my Emerald card, saying that they don’t accept Emerald Cards. They now have my money and have not refunded me. They have totally inconvenienced me 100%. If you don’t accept Emerald Cards why did you take money for booking?
Because this is a regional airport, it was so easy to rent and return the car. Everyone was friendly and helpful - even when I called to extend my rental period!
Service was excellent and vehicle was well maintained. Alexa was very pleasant and helpful. Even when i had to unexpectedly extend my original rental period she was great to deal with and made the overall process very easy. This is now my go to rental place. Cannot recommend enough!!
