The first car I choose could not connect to my phone (needed for navigation) unless I disconnected a previously connected device. Problem was I could not disconnect a device without it first being present and connected. Had to switch cars. Once on the road there was a some tire noise so I checked the tires and one was 10 lbs less than the others.

I paid in full prior to checking in at the counter. I had declined any additional insurance. The agent went into a big long speech scaring us to add insurance, which we didn’t. Also once we were told what the car is Kia Soul, I asked is their any other car available? She rudely says that is all in the class you chose. I chose midsize sedan description on line said Chevy Malibu or similar. The Kia was ok but it’s like a box on wheels. ON arrival, by=passed the desk by using the online checkin. Simple and quick. Halfway through my rental, I had a flat tire. Couldn't drive for another week on the donut, so Hertz said bring it in and get another car. That's exactly what I did. No hassle, no problem, took very little time. Returning was as simple as driving the car up to the designated area, leaving the keys inside, and walking away. Great experience.

Quickand easy pick up and drop off. Employees were very helpful and professional.
