Only giving 1 star because 0 is unavailable. I am a Gold Plus member, booked through website so my wife should be allowed as a second driver without charge. They said they had no record of this, claiming I booked through a third party site when my credit card charge clearly states Hertz. So they wanted $15/day for her to drive. I declined. But what really gets my goat is that I had a $100 "customer satisfaction" credit which they refused to apply. Great service and price. Car was clean, new, and met expectations.
Customer service was the worst at fortress Florida.. lazy and didn't help with the issue.
Using the Hertz app and being a loyalty customer definitely makes pick up easier.
