BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! When we picked up the car, we were asked if we wanted to take out additional insurance. We declined in front of witnesses. After returning the car, they still charged our credit card $1,100 for insurance we never took out. Now we have to fight to try to get our money back. We have rented cars from Hertz repeatedly over the years, but now we can only warn others not to book here!
The vehicle was very nice, but I think it was a size down from what I reserved. The employee I felt was a bit unfriendly and even a bit rude at check in.
