We reserved a vehicle and when went to pick up our vehicle they told us that we needed a credit card which was fine and return flight ticket but this was not told to us when we spoke to representative to reserve our vehicle. We came to Florida to pick my mother Inlaw up who has pancriatic cancer and they did not care. They lady and the man at the desk shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do.
