HORRIBLE customer service, the clerk was aloof and seemed like he could care less about being there and it reflected in his "customer service". NEVER rent from here
My name is Park, and I rented a 2025 Kona on August 6th. When we first rented the car, the right rear tire pressure was low, and Ayala, the staff member, refilled it for us. While driving, the same tire lost air again, and we had to refill it ourselves at our own expense.
