The worst experience I’ve ever had with Hertz. I’ve spent over $10,000 in rental fees all over the US. this year and and will spend more…not w Hertz! This independent office refused to honor points redemption and my corporate discount. They asked me to leave after I asked to speak to management. Going back to Enterprise and will take associates with me !

Some of the most unprofessional service I ever had in my life. No one seems to care. Reserve a car on the 7/5/2025 pick up on the 7/21/2025 walk through the door we don't have your car. No call no nothing. Too late to find one. This is not the last of me.I will be contacting corporate. If you catch the rates low, you would not get a rental car guaranteed.
