Update 9/22/25 below Please read as it Reflect on hertz as a company versus the local office. I’ve rented from Hertz many times always use the same credit card same insurance and for some reason today it wasn’t good enough, and I was embarrassed in front of an office full of customers and employees being told that I would not be rented a car because I didn’t have insurance that was acceptable to the agent. I was honestly very nervous about renting a car here based on previous reviews, but I had an overall good experience. The daily rate was very affordable and the men at the counter were professional and helpful. No surprise fees either, which is very important to me. The pricing was transparent and easily understandable. The only slightly negative thing would be the smell of the car when I picked it up. It vaguely reminded me of freshly chewed watermelon flavored hubba bubba stuffed inside of a gym sock worn two days in a row... read more

Horrible service at this location. I am a Hertz Gold member and used my points to rent a mini van for a family trip for a weekend. We I arrived at the location to pick up the van, they did not have the vehicle requested. Instead they gave me an SUV one hour later as "compensation" for not having my van ready. The SUV was on empty and they printed on my original receipt that it had a full tank of gas. After another 15 minutes of waiting, they finally corrected it.
