Zane was awesome. Customer service excellent! I will rent at Hertz again
FYI, the office IS inside the Marriott. I needed to have my work truck repaired, they said it would be a few days so I knew I would need to rent a truck. I booked a full size pickup with 4 wheel drive. Later I received a call from a live person 2 days before my reservation to confirm the details. This led me to believe my rental truck would be prepared. The office is supposed to open at 8am. This is apparently just an approximation, be prepared to wait for someone to show up. The Staff was Great
Their hours are listed as open from 9:30 to noon on Saturday’s. Super frustrating to get here with a rental that’s acting up to find that they can’t manage their own Google listing. Had it been accurate, I’d have figured out a different solution.
