Extremely rude service. I don't know about other hertz but I know I will never return here for service again. Not to mention almost impossible to access.
I would give them zero stars if possible. Stay away from this place. First time ever I was denied a car as a gold Hertz member. They don't pick up the phone. When I showed up they said nothing is available.
I received a text after my reservation time stating they did not have a vehicle. I was told that since they aren’t in office over the weekend, people “book the same cars over and over again.” Not the rep’s fault, but what a horrible system! (Enter Seinfeld bit re: reservations here.) No apologies, no attempts to see what they could help me with, so I had to uber to another company.
