Does not deserve 1 star. What a trip home this turned out to be. My wife and I were returning to East Texas from a getaway with friends in Biloxi when she suddenly had to be hospitalized and undergo emergency surgery at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. I would give them zero stars if possible. Stay away from this place. For the first time, I was denied a car as a Gold Hertz member, despite having a prior reservation. They don't pick up the phone. When I arrived, they said nothing was available.
Staff is helpful and friendly, just make sure to keep copies of everything, ask lots of questions and remember that Florida has toll roads and add that to your rental..
The Hertz Flowood, Mississippi location is a disaster, This is the second time in a row I’ve had major issues with Hertz, and it’s clear the problems run deep.
