My father has been renting from her for years and today they wouldn't use his visa debit card. Was told needed a major credit card for the deposit then the ran my credit card card for $580 dollars. The lady was rude and you have lost a customer whom used this service 2-4 times a year for the past 8 yrs. He had to go to a different company and paid up front.
Absolutely awful. Our car we picked up this morning was violently shaking and we could not get anyone to answer to swap out. I called this location for 50 minutes straight as we drove on 95 and they never answered.
