Zero stars I would not rent another car from Herts
I have an upcoming rental this weekend and have been trying to speak directly to someone at the location. Everytime I call, they just let the phone ring for a good 20-30 min til I give up. The one time someone answered, my simple question turned into "we might not actually have the car you booked months ago ready on the day you need it, want me to have the manager call you back in a few minutes?"
