I needed a rental from Saturday-Saturday, but since they aren’t open weekends I made my reservation for 5:00 pm Friday - 5:00 pm Friday. I received my confirmation email and it listed Saturday hours from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. So I called the local branch to confirm that and was told they haven’t been open on weekends for years. Terrible service had an appointment for a few weeks over a half hour late meeting us at the Collision location for vehicle swap . Excuse was help called in sick so we had to Drive them back from Gardner to Fitchburg ... do yourself a favor and book it somewhere else ! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Really dirty, the guy who helped us seemed nice but there was another male in there who was helping a lady on the phone who was a little more abrasive. Cut in randomly and just seemed unprofessional. Counter was dirty, the floor was really dirty with trash laying around. Doesn't seem like there is much supervision or any pride in what they're doing.

Where do I start, I went to pick up this car the entire parking lot was unplowed from snow. I was told it would be at least a two hour delay to get the car. I could not wait that long so I shoveled the car out myself. Which admittedly, wasn’t really that big a deal to me. I was quite obviously better equipped to do so than the employees there.
