They give me a car that’s last me 2 days there was no oil in the car and they can’t deliver me a new car making me pick up a car when they are about to close
Show up during there open hours seeing a sign saying out for delivery will be back soon so left outside waiting in the cold come back and now theres a whole line with one employee
The Hertz rental policy is awful. The only positive is the price. Even if you make a reservation, there is no guarantee that a car will be available. I made a reservation a week before my pickup up date, only to be told that there wasn't a car for me. Luckily a vehicle was returned while I was still there. I was told by an employee that they can take 50 reservations, but that does not mean there will be 50 cars available.
What an absolute joke of location. After confirming my reservation, I drove 40 minutes to discover a sign on the door that they would be closed today. No customer notification. You should fire the manager.
They are very irresponsible, I went to the company's website to look for the vehicle, I rented the vehicle, I paid, when I got there to pick up the vehicle, coming with an electric vehicle, so it was a bureaucracy to get my money back
