I would strongly advise against renting from Hertz Car Rental – Fitchburg if you truly need a reliable car. I had a confirmed reservation for noon. At 11:42 a.m., just 18 minutes before pick-up, Hertz canceled my reservation by text message. Their own policy states that if a customer cancels more than 23 hours before, there is a $50 fee, and a no-show can be charged up to $164.92. This is a zero stars review. Just called to get some information and the representative said no with a tone an hung up. I forgot his name but with customer car like this you would not have my money and I wouldn’t 't refer people neither
