Rochelle was very helpful and the quality of the car was good
I had the absolute worst experience at this Hertz location. I reserved a car months in advance, arrived to pick it up, and was told they didn’t have it available. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff tried to blame me, saying she called me that morning to let me know. I never received any call. When I asked what I was supposed to do next, her response was, “I don’t know, I don’t care, go anywhere.” Completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Wow… Don’t ever book from here. We came all the way from Texas only to be told they have nothing available. No call no text and no email. HONESTLY if I could give 0 stars i would.
