I recommend going to this hertz. The reserving and returning was easy and the price was reasonable. Mac was very helpful and nice and made the return process much easier along with Ayesha. If I had any questions or issues they handled it with great professionalism.

Mrs. Deidre at the Raeford rd location , was very helpful patient and kind was great working with her. I’ve never had a bad experience there or at the Fay Airport Hertz has always been my go to. Clean cars and if your not comfortable with it they will do their best to accommodate you within reason.. All the staff are very professional and respectful. Keep up the good work Raeford HLE and Fay airport. Please forgive me if I misspelled your name..

First time getting a rental car and while there was some difficulty the employee was kin, patient, explained everything professionally and extremely helpful. Hertz in general should provide a better website and explain more about reservations because the employee should not have to make up for the confusion caused by their website's lack of information. All in all the employee worked to make sure I got the rental and services that I needed and I was very happy with the service I received.
