Made a reservation online and called to ask a question about the payment. The very rude lady that answered my call, literally talked me out of the rental.
I had a very disappointing experience with the Hertz (Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC) rental car location. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The representative, Deidra, told me that because the rental was under my husband's name—even though I was traveling with him—she did not have to explain anything to me. This happened about a year ago but we had an awful experience at this place. We booked a car online in advance and filled out all of our information (including drivers age, license & credit card information). When we got there (we payed 35$ for an uber!!!) they told us that they don’t give cars to customers under 21. When asked why we could even book a car through their website then all we got was a shrug. In our online booking we clearly stated the drivers age as 20 and the booking went through!!! I had an insurance reservation. Their customer service is terrible. Absolutely terrible. The young ladies are rude and unprofessional.
