Worst rental experience ever. Rented a car online and when I showed up they tell me they don't have a car for me. Didra was absolutely disrespectful. I had taken a taxi there and they didn't want to find any solutions for me.
Terrible terrible terrible... after online reservation and paying for insurance online they didnt want to give me the car because insurance that i bought is only used at the airport so they sent me there i when i arrived the lady said that she doesent have car to give me and that is it. No help no nothing even though i had reservation. I spent 100 usd just driving around in uber because they are terrible rent a car company. Do not do any buisness with them of you value your time and money.
They canceled my reservation while I was on my way to pick up the car, claiming they had no vehicles available. I informed the representative that I am a Plus member and would be filing a complaint about the inconvenience. A few minutes later, she called me back and said she had the exact car I had reserved. I can't remember her name, but she was extremely unprofessional and clearly lacked basic customer service skills.
Made a reservation online and called to ask a question about the payment. The very rude lady that answered my call, literally talked me out of the rental.
I had a very disappointing experience with the Hertz (Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC) rental car location. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The representative, Deidra, told me that because the rental was under my husband's name—even though I was traveling with him—she did not have to explain anything to me.
