PLEASE listen to the 1 star reviews to save you trouble!!!! This is the worst location to go to. If you need a car, go to the airport location instead. First off, if you make a reservation online, when you pick up your vehicle(if you're one of the lucky ones), there's no way of you seeing your reservation on the Hertz app, which means you can't make any modifications unless you call them. My experience with Hertz rental cars on Raeford Road in Fayetteville, North Carolina has been amazing the personality of the Employees Outstanding never had a problem with a vehicle not being available when they said it would be I would recommend Hertz on Reaford Road anytime.
Staff and service are absolutely fabulous! I’m a senior citizen and I’ve used auto rentals for decades and Hertz at Raeford Rd is the real deal!
