Needed a car over the 4th of July week on short notice but because I'm out of state had a difficult time. Mac and his staff came thru for me to get back and forth for hospital visits for family at a great rate. So accommodating I would definitely recommend this rental office anytime. My thanks to them.

Reserved a car for a weekend trip for my husband and I's anniversary. When we showed up we were told they didn't have a vehicle for us and it was " a corporate issue" that corporate is allowing reservations for cars they don't have. What is the point of a reservation if not to have a car for you. Then act like it's not their problem. Where is the accountability?
