Worst rental location. Although the staff is trying to be helpful they only have one employee accepting returns, checking clients in and even cleaning the car. Get ready to loose a lot of your time if you rent from this location.
Could not return from 5pm Friday to Monday 8:30 due to location being closed. Had to eat the cost and could not drop off at any other location. Was not told anything from pickup.
If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible customer service at this location all their cars are dirty and the interiors smell like smoke and when you return your vehicle they will come up with any excuse to charge the customer a $400 interior detail cleaning fee. Even though they give you the car dirty to start with. Recommend anyone not to rent from this location. And if you have too document /photograph the vehicle yourself. Mrs.allyeiah great young lady, very professional and friendly and very helpful., hertz has a true diamond with this lady , she makes you want to comeback over and over again , she was so courteous and answered all my concerns,,she needs a big , big raise .
i normally don't do reviews but customer service was Great. Aliayha was super friendly. definitely coming back for another rental soon.
