Mrs.allyeiah great young lady, very professional and friendly and very helpful., hertz has a true diamond with this lady , she makes you want to comeback over and over again , she was so courteous and answered all my concerns,,she needs a big , big raise .

Excellent customer service. Only needed the car for a day and I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Literally seems like they never have enough cars. Yesterday (July 16th) was my second time coming at my scheduled pick up time and this location not having a car available (Despite booking two months in advance and paying in full). The first time happen in June 2025 and I waited for about an hour and they never had a car show up. I asked the gentleman if they had any other cars available (such as SUV’s or midsize sedans) and he said they did but he would have to charge me an additional fee since I booked for an economy car. ... read more
This location is horrible. We booked car online and then go to pick up and they have no cars. What's the point in making a reservation if you are not going to honor it. No honor- would not recommend to anyone. Our company uses them and I will definitely be reaching out to them. I hope they cancel their contract Horrible!!! This experience has left me truly upset.
