My last visit was with a friendly lady. My big negative is that these cars have got to start being cleaner inside & out but mainly inside!!
Richard was great! Had issues with Enterprise but, Hertz was on point. Would absolutely use these folks again in the future!
This may be the nicest set of humans that run this Hertz. It's Walmart training week so there's no cars in the area. They've bent over backwards to find me a car for an important work meeting and had it clean and ready to go the second I arrived.
