I am leaving this review because the owners (a man and a woman) act as if they don't actually want to rent out their vehicles. The customer service was abysmal. I am not sure if this treatment is specifically targeted toward the Hispanic community or if it’s their general attitude, but it was very unwelcoming. Furthermore, their rates are exorbitantly high. I would not recommend renting from them; I found a much better alternative nearby that was not only more affordable but also provided excellent service

Nice job hertz way to block a semi on a street, I hope local officials have these cars towed!! I get you don't want trucks parking there but what you're doing is illegal. Also those of us drivers that aren't trying to do anything but turn around to leave cant do it late at night because of this. You have a lot in front of the building as well as behind!!
