The service is beyond what you could expect. The process was easy and quick. Everyone was so kind and very flexible. I had my rental a little over the expected time, due to a delayed flight. There was no issue with extending my time, and they even let me drop it off at the airport. I would 100% recommend renting through these guys.
I was able to book a one-way rental from this location to TUL several months ago through Hertz.com. On the morning of my scheduled pickup, the local branch contacted me to inform me that they do not honor one-way rentals. While I understand that individual locations may have limitations, this policy should be reflected accurately in the online booking system.
