Had the best experience getting my short term rental car this morning. Leah was a gem and really helped brighten up my day. Appreciated her help and expertise. 10/10 would recommend if you are needing a rental car.
Had to book late in the day after wasting about an hour with Enterprise. Leah was extremely helpful and helped us out very quickly! She was able to facilitate the reservation and drop off for us and was very friendly and accommodating. Strongly recommend this branch and will definitely use in the future!
If you’re booking thru the Hertz app, don’t select this location. Their inventory is not recognized by the corporate app since they are independent. And they don’t have much in inventory anyway. I uber all the way to this place only to be told they only have 15 passenger vans!! Frustrating to say the least.
I am leaving this review because the owners (a man and a woman) act as if they don't actually want to rent out their vehicles. The customer service was abysmal. I am not sure if this treatment is specifically targeted toward the Hispanic community or if it’s their general attitude, but it was very unwelcoming. Furthermore, their rates are exorbitantly high. I would not recommend renting from them; I found a much better alternative nearby that was not only more affordable but also provided excellent service
