My last visit was with a friendly lady. My big negative is that these cars have got to start being cleaner inside & out but mainly inside!!
Richard was great! Had issues with Enterprise but, Hertz was on point. Would absolutely use these folks again in the future!
This may be the nicest set of humans that run this Hertz. It's Walmart training week so there's no cars in the area. They've bent over backwards to find me a car for an important work meeting and had it clean and ready to go the second I arrived.
I’ve rented here many times now and it has always been a great experience for me. Lonnie, Richard, and Amy have all helped me out during one or several of these times and they were all fantastic! I will continue to rent from here for all my future needs
We Rented several vehicles in the past and by far this is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I have ever rented from The first issue was that they did not have our car at all, even though the reservation was made days and days in advance, poor planning by management on their part. They said that they would have to go to the airport to go get more cars.
