This may be the nicest set of humans that run this Hertz. It's Walmart training week so there's no cars in the area. They've bent over backwards to find me a car for an important work meeting and had it clean and ready to go the second I arrived.

I’ve rented here many times now and it has always been a great experience for me. Lonnie, Richard, and Amy have all helped me out during one or several of these times and they were all fantastic! I will continue to rent from here for all my future needs

We Rented several vehicles in the past and by far this is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I have ever rented from The first issue was that they did not have our car at all, even though the reservation was made days and days in advance, poor planning by management on their part. They said that they would have to go to the airport to go get more cars. Ridiculous experience. Booked a vehicle for 6+ seating 3 days ago, to be picked up at 8am today. Needed 6+ for a reason. Walked in and was told they had a truck for me, with 5 people seating. That's not what I reserved. Nobody called me at any point in the time from reservation to now, to tell me that the vehicle I paid for, was not available. Complete waste of my time, wear on my current vehicle and added stress because I can't find another vehicle here in town that fits what I need it for today. Will never recommend.
