Booked an suv for a last minute camping trip, and when we got there, we were told because we booked last minute we were at the mercy of what they had. Why make it look like there's an suv available when, in fact, the only car available is a sedan?
Hertz Rental is my favorite for many reasons. I usually rent the cars from Airports, but the last two times I rented were from Hertz in Fall River MA. All branches of Hertz are always great at choice of cars and customer service. The Manager at Fall River MA branch (David Smith Jr.) is a manager everyone wishes to have. Extremely helpful.

Very unprofessional experience! I came in a day prior trying to rent from the Hertz fall river location. And unfortunately since attempting to use a debit card i had to do a say in advance booking .. which was fine with me. Although as i explained comming in the next day was .The next morning came i come in with my 5 month old son and was after the fact let know that since im using a debit card there will be a $500 fee. Do not rent a car from this location! I rented an SUV for an executive client tour. The vehicle that was provided was filthy. Soda spills and a sticky, dirt layer, covered the entire car. It smelled like a wet ashtray. After trying to clean the vehicle before picking up my clients, I found blunt wrap paper, other rolling papers and marijuana debris within the seat pouches.
