Overall experience was okay.Glad it was a company paid rental.When it comes to roadside assistance, it's an absolute joke thank god, my vehicle was drivable after sitting for a few minutes

Would give it a 0 if possible. Good luck reaching anyone at this location even when you need in oil change in their vehicle they still don't care to call you back or take care of you. Worst experience won't ever use them again been a nightname since day 1

Cars aren't washed or clean inside before renting.This place isn't easy to rent from without insurance but even with insurance they had a very limited selection and called it "looking out" with a bigger vehicle that cost nearly 100 dollars to fill . The 1 person that does 5 jobs here is nice, but definitely over worked.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this Hertz location that I feel other customers should be aware of. My first rental vehicle had repeated mechanical failures the temperature gauge spiked constantly, the AC cut out, and the dashboard alarm went off while I was driving. I brought it in for repair and was told it was fixed. It was not. The same issues continued immediately after pickup and I have video documentation of every incident. Booked an suv for a last minute camping trip, and when we got there, we were told because we booked last minute we were at the mercy of what they had. Why make it look like there's an suv available when, in fact, the only car available is a sedan?
