Wow... Just wow.... I didn't even rent a vehicle with this company because I requested a rental at my appointment time but was rudely scoffed at and told that's my problem and that their Ohio corporate office doesn't know how to schedule appointments right and that He's the only one working there. Dude was a miserable person. I dodged a HUGE bullet cancelling my appointment. STAY FAR AWAY
Confirmed rental car was not available. Offered a dirty car that smelled of smoke as a replacement.
