I wouldn't even give a one but I have to. The car I picked up was clean on the inside but filthy on the outside with chalk marks on the windows. The inside of the car smelled like sauerkraut for a reason , I do not know. My rental was 4 days and because I took the car back on Sunday night.I was charged for a fifth day. I have an estimate that clearly shows I was going to be charged for 4 days but there was no getting around the AI that took my call and I was charged for that fifth day. The gentleman that took the reservation but lost business card with his name, explains everything in detail and what option is best for you. Highly recommend!
