Nice and easy
Today I unfortunately had to rent car from Hertz and was placed on do not rent list bc of not receiving a final invoice for $261 last time I rented. I had to call multiple departments and sort everything out. While I was waiting for everything to be sorted I was treated with the utmost respect and with top notch customer service skills. I wasn't pleased spending the entire day there but it was not the locations fault and they even saved the car that they felt was best for me.
