Called to today to discuss changing my rental time so I could pick my car up earlier. I was told they might not have a car for me on Friday to rent after I made , and put a deposit down. The woman I also spoke with was very rude . I have rented cars many times before from this location . I will never rent here again !! Hertz lost my business due to the rudeness , and lack of professionalism.

You book a car online only to get to the office to pick it up and be told they are sold out. The clerk doesn't ask if they can assist you in any way by checking to see if they can get a car from another location or if they will have a car the next day, nothing, just "we are sold out and the website allows bookings to still be made" great, thanks for the hospitality and inconvenience.

I've been renting from this location for almost two years now, and have never had an issue. To address a majority of the complaints, a short step-by-step guide to renting a car from Hertz. 1. Use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, expect a $500 authorization hold on a DEBIT card. Prepaid cards of any form and balance-secured credit cards are NOT accepted.
