This location has gone downhill badly over the last couple of years. The previous team used to be reliable and always had vehicles available, but the current team consistently does not. This is now my THIRD time arriving for a confirmed reservation and being told there are no cars available. Most recently, I had a reservation for a sedan for a trip to Florida, and I was only offered a Jeep, which I specifically did not book due to gas costs. I reserved a car one week in advance, possibly even earlier, and paid for it in full upfront. However, only 30 minutes before pickup, I was told that there was no car available. Instead, I was offered an electric vehicle. Because of Hertz’s terrible service, I was left without a car and seriously inconvenienced. We worked with the manager she was very unprofessional told us she would let us know on Tuesday if they had a car available we called several times and she told us she would call right back she didn’t we finally called her the day of pick up and we were told that they would have no cars very unprofessional and she never apologized for the situation we immediately called a competitor and got a rental immediately I will never use or recommend Hertz again

The class of car I reserved was not available. The cars we were presented with were disgustingly filthy. A discount was not applied in spite of having to take a cheaper class of vehicle. And we had an issue with the operation of the vehicle. Overall, this has been our experience for multiple rentals from this location. As expected, when I click on the link you supplied below, I get a bunch of canned & pre-populated FAQ’s and no real HELP of anyone trying to resolve my issues.
