Always enjoy renting vehicles from Hertz station in Evansville. Team members are Always friendly and help with any situation I need and any questions I have. I’ve been a customer for quite a while and plan To continue renting.
Ive had 2 absolutely polar opposite experiences with this place. One experience being a zero star and one experience 4/5 stars (i rarely give 5 stars)
These people don’t know what they are doing, they charge me for the late return even though I returned the vehicle 34 minutes earlier. They have your card details with them so that they can charge with anything without even checking.
I have tried so many times to book a rental here and they have absolutely no inventory and are never available.
Manager, Gloria, is rude and gave us an incredibly disfactory service. I will be reaching out to corporate.
