Not been open for over a year. You have to use the one in downtown Eureka 14 miles away from the airport.
Really nice rental. New, black Nisan which was easy and fun to drive and great on gas. Agents in Eureka customer service oriented and professional; so thorough, efficient, and helpful it was a pleasure to deal with them. Had my choice of available cars. Reserve, confirm, and get there when they open if possible. Download app.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. There is no location at the airport anymore. There hasn’t been for two years they informed us today. Not the day we picked up the rental from San Jose, or when we called their number given to us from the San Jose location. We talked to two different employees who didn’t bother to let us know there was no drop off location at the airport. So we missed our flight. Do yourself the favor and book with Enterprise.

This hertz is no longer open. Needed to drive down to the Eureka location last minute.
