Zero star was not an option. Service INCREDIBLY slow and unfriendly. Price I was quoted was dishonest, and only found out when returning the car. Avoid this location at ALL COSTS.
There is one African man that works at this location. He don't answer the phone or mange everything very well. The customer service is veey poor here. " Thank you for calling Hertz, please hold", good luck with trying to do business here.
Great fast drop-off experience. Very friendly staff.
Renter beware. Don't rent from Hertz. Holding my $500 deposit hostage blaming my financial institution.
