Crappy car. Cigarette smell, stains on seats. Credit card compromised resulting in fraud claim for suspicious activity after I rented car.
Car is in the body shop & my AAA advised me to go to this Hertz location. They said they would call me to let them know what time to be picked up, they didn't call. So the day of dropping off my car, I called again & was told "I'm busy now do you wanna call back or I can call you, I gave my number & again nothing. The worst rental car I've ever dealt with. Wasn't even able to adjust timing and pick up. Even tho stated on both accounts there was free cancellation. Call over 8 times in 1 day and was told over and over again that he would call me back. Finally was able to pick up the car because I went in person even that was difficult. I get into the car and the tire pressure is a little low on one tire. I'm gonna leave for a long drive the next morning tire pressure is down by 4 and I look to find a huge screw.
