Do not rent from hertz. Prepaid our rental twice online and the pick up time defaulted to 1pm. First time, they upgraded us for free. Second time I called the night before AND the morning of to verify time, nope, they had to scramble last minute. Ended up giving us a 2013 Nissan Rogue which proceeded to lose power about an hour into the drive. The problem? No transmission fluid!
