Needs help. He's hard working and nice. But this job needs more than 1person. Cody Ingels needs a raise.
Dropped my rental return in the parking lot and dropped the keys in the night drop box. They didn’t process return for a week. They tried to charge my car 2000 for that week. Went straight to office which closes at 5. Got there before 5 and they were closed. Called office and left voice mail and one week later no one has called me back. Had to dispute through credit card.
I definitely recommend Hertz for vehicle rentals in Enid, OK! This is the first time I have ever rented a car, and Cody was amazing! He had my car ready and keys on the table when I walked in. He even upgraded me to a brand new Toyota Camry for free, which was very nice! He was very kind and answered all of my questions.
Excellent customer service!!! Needed a rental for insurance and had started out with Enterprise in Enid - horrible experience as they told me they didn’t have my reservation that I had set up with call center. The Enterprise branch manager himself was quite rude and completely unhelpful. Called my insurance and sent it to Hertz. Cody was fantastic with helping me get a rental quickly and incredibly professional. Highly recommended if you need a rental in Enid area!! Will be using Hertz as my go to for all future rental needs... read more
