Fast friendly service, please don't smoke in the cars. We had to return one that had been smoked in, because our cloths, and hair stunk like smoke by the time we got to the hotel. They were very accommodating, and put me into a clean vehicle.
Deceptive advertising. Paid for a week of n advertised van which doesn't exist. The sales person said this is common practice for Hertz. Without cell phone, we had to walk and missed work and our appointments. Downright deceptive practices.
Good Place Good costumer service.
3rd party vendor, zero communication with hertz company. Comfirmed online a car with email confirmation, showed up and was told no car was available. Left stranded without a car even though it was confirmed
