Worst customer service ever worse mind you. I called two hours ago to pick up a vehicle because of my insurance told me that I had to call them 1 hour in advance. Call them before they would go to lunch guy on the phone told me that they're going to lunch between 1 and 2 o'clock showed up at 2 o'clock. Mind you there's a sign in front of the door saying that there won't be nobody until 2:45. So where's customer experience ever worse?
I showed up from dodge with my daughter at 1pm to get a rental, and to my surprise it is close for lunch untill 2:30pm. Since when does a car rental closes and who takes an hour and a half for lunch. Now my kid and I are stuck outside with nowhere to sit and no car for way over an hour. They close at 5pm and they are close for 2 hours Horrible!!!
Absolutely outstanding service! Staff member was patient, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. He took the time to listen, address my needs, and ensure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service truly surpassed my expectations.

Horrible customer service! I made a reservation here using insurance services as I was involved in a car accident. When I arrived no car was available, which I understood as I arrived 2 or 3 days after initial reservation. As alternative, the person helping me asked me to call the following day to set up pick up for a ride to the location. I followed instructions and called the following day on the time accorded, as right now I have called 10+ times, as I truly need a ride to pick up car.
