Terrible service, poor communication. I was here for two hours and had to leave for a different company. At some point, the employees all went into the back and did not come out for about 30 minutes. While I understand network issues, etc., I did not feel like my situation was a priority to the team.
WORST drop off experience ever. ROZ, the assistant branch manager is 100% unprofessional. While I understand that 5pm means your shop is closed, you weren’t even at the counter when I arrived. I apologized profusely for the late arrival and the damage to the vehicle. Meanwhile ROZ repeatedly stated how it was closing time and I returned a car with damage.
