Beware Uber drivers! Trash branch with terrible management. They remove my rental from Uber with no warning, block me from working, then still charge full rental days for the time I couldn’t even use the car on the platform I rented it for. That is unfair and dishonest. Complete incompetence. And the person? on the phone was useless—didn’t listen, didn’t understand, just repeated nonsense. Zero respect, zero accountability, zero customer service. Embarrassing place.
Rep spent 25 min with 1 customer. And no other staff at the counter. Heard some in the back office. Wait time wasn’t acceptable.
Currently trying to get a hold of someone on the phone to ask a question. It’s been 6 minutes on the line just ringing, after the machine gives the option to talk to a local employee. They must not want to work.
Don't listen to the bad reviews! This local Hertz agency is GREAT and the service is beyond expectations. I have rented with Hertz all over the world and El Sobrante is the n°1! Great and helpful team. Always well taken care of by Logan, thank you so much!!
