Reserved a car for 100 and then asked for an additional 500 to pick up the car with fees and would not refund my money, kept here half my morning with no car even after going back to the bank to make a deposit just to basically be told I can’t rent. First and last experience for sure.

WORST experience ever! With SHEYLA VILLAREAL (manager associate) 10961 Gateway Blvd suite 220 El Paso,TX 79935. Really BAD attitude with every single customer. I definitely not NOT recommend Hertz!! Will never come back to this branch ever again. Consider to get your rental somewhere else.

She greeted me warmly and explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood the entire rental process. Horrible service from both the Gateway and Montana, not working with us through the extended warranty company. Flat out told us they are in a budget and can't accommodate with what the warranty company is allowing a day which is $30 a day. Will who claimed to be a Asst. Manager who turned out to be just an associate would not allow to speak to a manager. Very unprofessional at both locations
