Walk in, says your reservation is not available need to upgrade to a more expensive car. I told him your website said its available and I booked it, he goes its your fault for booking so late, plan your bookings better. No offer of any help. Worst experience and worst location, run down and disgusting customer service. Dont go here, dont trust the good reviews, go to the enterprise across the street they actually treat you like a human.

Just called right now and manager answering I asked him for information on a rental and he told me to look them on line dam lazy people man. Recomend Alamo or any other.

This hertz needs to be shut down. I’ve called for the past 3 days trying to get a hold of them because Honda set up a rental with somebody at this location on Friday June 19. Whoever Honda contacted stated they will not have an available car but not until Monday and that hertz would contact me. Never got a phone call so I took matters into my own hands and tried contacting them since Monday but no answer no call back after leaving voicemails. Rented full-size given mid size - no discount or received a call. Apple Car play does not work and had issues driving en route to Lubbock. Loyalty status cannot be granted.
