Hands down great service, great prices, very nice clean well maintained reliable attractive cars. I rented for two months last second due to accident by uninsured motorist. I booked online after making a free VIP account and got a very great rate. At the store, they took care of me. They rented to me in their insurance system so the rate wouldn't change if I needed to extend while I fixed my car on my own dime. Idk what’s up with the bad reviews but my experience was great. It was my first time renting a car ever and I rented thru the app months in advanced. Ashley was super quick and got my car in less than 10 minutes. I got the car I reserved and the car worked flawlessly. Took it to WV and back with no issues. Vehicle had a spare too which was more alleviating. When I returned the car I was in and out within 10 minutes.
if i could give a 0 star i would 8 was waiting for the shop for 30 40 mins nobody show up until 30 mins before closing she make me wait until the last min and did not help me.
The worst car rental experience. Waited 90 minutes for my car to come in and they had to clean the car after finishing up my paperwork. When returning the car IN TIME, I waited 50 minutes to check the car in, then finalizing my paperwork, they are charging me double to what I was quoted for. Even after I showed all the docs with the price and return time, which I was on time, all he told me that's what the computer states and told me to call customer service. Big thanks to Hansen (sorry If I misspelled your name) - that man is a machine keeping this location running and open. 3 phones ringing at once, juggling the limited inventory available to him, having to help with reservations from Rosemead, and people coming in constantly for returns and pickup - all up until closing time.
