0 stars because the Hertz website allowed me to select a Saturday 8:00am pick up time for the El Monte location and when I arrived at 8:00am they were closed and stated they open until 9:00am. I usually book through AAA but this time I booked through Hertz website directly. This 1 hour delay has caused such an inconvenience to my trip I was suppose to take with the car rental that morning. Long time Hertz rental customer. Do better Hertz. Will start going to enterprise.
