Came here and when we got our rental car, it was so dirty, there was a literal lighter left in the car, and the car smelled like smoke. Got a 2nd rental, and this time they said they cleaned the car, but there was a phone they left in there. Had to go back to drop it off.
Cars are not ready, no front desk acknowledgement.

I recently (20Oct25) rented a car from Heartz Car Rental located on Garvey Avenue in El Monte, CA. Unfortunately, my experience was not very positive due to the service I received from one of the employees, Crystal. From the beginning, Crystal was not very welcoming. I mentioned that I had taken a photo of the gas tank showing ¼ of a tank when I first received the car. She disagreed and stated it was slightly under half a tank.
