Horrible Customer Service tbh. The lady there talks to people in such a derogatory way. Her body language towards people and the way she can care less about her client with a reservation and getting there and finding no car is astonishingly disrespectful. Imperial hertz group r great very polite, courteous, helpful the rates are decent. Customer service is in there.
The prices are ridiculous.
Horrible service . No understanding of transactions . All cars not washed ? Over an hour to get rental that we just took back after 30 minutes & still charged $73 for a day - rediculous
Don't go here, they are awful and their staff is awful.
