The attitude of the elderly inside was very bad. Obviously he is not suitable for receiving any customers, only willing to make an oral quote, unwilling to write on paper or print it to me, obviously only want to send me. Very rude. The lady of the telephone service has a good attitude, I would rather go to Shepparton to rent a car than Echuca
This business used to be good with competitive prices and helpful gentlemen. But last time I went, the short elderly guy was quite rude, abrupt and treating me like an imbecile with each proceeding question I had (he seems more interested in the garage repairs section of this business rather than the Hertz hire section). Churlish conduct!
Excellent rates and service by the Echuca depot. Terry and Sarah went above and beyond when I had a driver error issue.
Great people was fun working with them. Call in & ask Terry for a good deal.
