I would not even give Hertz 1 star! Never rent from the company. I rented a Van from Sanford, Orlando To pack up my belongings from selling my home in FL and bring them back to WI. From the start nothing but problems! The lady at the airport who checked me out told me about liability insurance and full coverage, NOT IF YOU HAVE ROADSIDE PROBLEMS!! Drove down to swap a vehicle as the one they rented to me had a slow leak and after getting down there to do the swap was told the vehicle I was to be getting wasn't ready after they told me it was. Wasted my time and money.
