They must have like one car for the whole business because they’ve cancelled on me twice for not having inventory. Once was 30 min before I was supposed to pick it up. Will never use again

I had a reservation for 9:30 AM, but upon arrival, there was only one employee handling both the front desk and vehicle cleaning/preparation. Despite having a confirmed reservation, there were about seven people ahead of me, which meant it would have taken several hours before being served.
