A reservation means nothing at this location. I made a reservation well in advance of my trip to only get a call the night before I’m scheduled to pick up the car- that the vehicle is unavailable. Now, I have to scramble and find a vehicle somewhere else and of course pay more because it’s last minute. I would not recommend this place!
Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone (tried 4 times over 2 days). I was not picked up at service facility as I was promised... had to have service shop drop me off. Rental car was dirty... windshield had something smeared on the inside.
Employees are fine - they're doing the best they can -- whoever decided that they only need two employees working the front office needs to be fired though. Corporate / ownership absolutely fumbled the bag. A dozen plus people waiting in the lobby and only two people working = over an hour wait time to pickup a car (yes we had a reservation). Worst rental car experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. 7/7/2025
Didn't have the car I reserved so I had to get an upgraded car that cost more money.. would have been nice if they let me know ahead of time so I could have reserved a different car somewhere else
They cancelled my rental and now there are no alternatives for the vehicle class I needed in the entire Triangle area.
