Dirty office, dirty car
they will take your reservation lead you to believe you all set , then when you go there , they have no cars available. I got dropped off and while one one man show was vacuuming car then hopping over to the desk to answer phones all while letting me sit there for 10 minutes untill he decides to tell me he has no cars and after my ride left who dropped me off. Booked me a car when they have none. They said they had 10 cars, but booked 30 reservations that day so they make sure to fill them.
What great people to work with! William Wilson and Joe were kind, thorough and made getting my rental seamless. I felt like royalty. I will only use this location to rent my vehicles from here on out. Thank you for taking great care of me and my needs.
Worse rental car place ever! Went 2x and they didn't have a car after I reserved online. Wasted $70 bucks using a Uber to get to/from Hertz. Why take a reservation if they don't honor them? Staff wasn't helpful at all. This is the worse run rental car location I have ever seen. Probably won't be using Hertz anymore after this experience.
