Long time automotive sales professional here.. business owner too.. I say this because I have interacted with a lot of people in my life. I know good folks when I see them Brandon is the most proactive person I have ever met, very attentive, very responsive, very empathetic and understanding. Truly values the clients experience and has nothing but excitement towards making it the best he can. 10/10 guy who has exceeded my expectations every single time. Extremely disappointed with this location. Quoted a price for daily insurance that came up to less than a hundred dollars for the duration and I even prepaid gas to avoid any overcharge. Well I never got the email with final bill as promised and instead about a week or so after returning the car I got a charge for almost three hundred dollars no idea why. When I called to talk to the “manager” he wasn’t “available” and I told them I wanted answers but no one ever called me back. I’m reporting this location to bbb also.
