Long time automotive sales professional here.. business owner too.. I say this because I have interacted with a lot of people in my life. I know good folks when I see them Brandon is the most proactive person I have ever met, very attentive, very responsive, very empathetic and understanding. Truly values the clients experience and has nothing but excitement towards making it the best he can. 10/10 guy who has exceeded my expectations every single time. Great experience with Hertz in Dublin!!!!
Extremely disappointed with this location. Quoted a price for daily insurance that came up to less than a hundred dollars for the duration and I even prepaid gas to avoid any overcharge. Well I never got the email with final bill as promised and instead about a week or so after returning the car I got a charge for almost three hundred dollars no idea why. When I called to talk to the “manager” he wasn’t “available” and I told them I wanted answers but no one ever called me back. I’m reporting this location to bbb also.

I should have done this earlier but finally got around to it. This specific Hertz location excels in Professionalism and Customer Service! The current manager, Brandon and his team members have always been Extremely Professional and Courteous to me every time I rented there. Their Customer Service is Old School, A WARM SMILE AND GREET AND A THANK YOU at the end. Nothing fake, JUST REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I TRULY APPRECIATE! THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AT HERTZ-SAWMILL ROAD DUBLIN!!
