I should have done this earlier but finally got around to it. This specific Hertz location excels in Professionalism and Customer Service! The current manager, Brandon and his team members have always been Extremely Professional and Courteous to me every time I rented there. Their Customer Service is Old School, A WARM SMILE AND GREET AND A THANK YOU at the end. Nothing fake, JUST REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I TRULY APPRECIATE! THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AT HERTZ-SAWMILL ROAD DUBLIN!!

I initially had a good experience at this Hertz location, the staff were polite and helpful during pickup and renewal. However, during my rental I first received a maintenance reminder on the car. When I brought this to the location, the staff told me it was just part of the service schedule, reset the reminder, and assured me there were no issues. Just another in a long list of one star reviews, I guess. I got a loaner via hertz while my truck was being worked on. One morning, I came out, and noticed a crack in the windshield. I reviewed my security camera footage, and couldn't find anything that could have caused it. There appeared to be no evidence of an impact - and my best (albeit non-expert) guess was that this was a result of some sort of a manufacturing defect.
