Super easy process. Great price and very nice, clean car
Only giving one star, because I can't give zero. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a reservation to pickup at 8:30 am, only to get a voice mail at 7:30 am telling me that they would not have a car to pick up until 3:00 PM!!! No apology. No solution. I had received multiple emails and texts reminding me of my scheduled pick up and I had already checked in online! Worst rudest hertz experience with terrible customer service. Even with airport not being much better - avoid at all costs! Horrible hours and even worse consideration for weekend drop off. While waiting outside the door at 8 AM on Monday the representative took two people before us even waiting at the door for 15 mins prior and pretended to not notice us. Then she was condescending and charged us two extra days even though we had the vehicle back in time, just was bringing the key because there’s no Dropbox. Will never give... read more
Sorry I had to reduced my rating to two stars. I’ve personally booked a sedan car and got the Cadillac. Escalator. Apparently it was a manager special 🤣. I was trying to safe on gas driving my 650miles but ended up with a huge fuel bill 😂🤦🏻♂️
