DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE - Had an emergency come up and needed a car. Had a reservation, with a confirmation number, then day of reservation comes and I get a call saying they have no inventory and aren't able to give me the car. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, and then hung up on me when I expressed frustration at her unwillingness to help and asked to speak back to a manager. If this is the only location available to rent a car from, I suggest walking. This location put me in such a terrible spot by telling me they didn’t have a car for me FIFTY MINUTES before my reservation forcing me to scramble for another vehicle. And the girl on the phone was apathetic as can be. Don’t go.
Do not go here. We have had a reservation for over a month to travel out of state for a graduation. Showed up this morning to pick up our rental and we are being told they have 0 vehicles available. We are now left scrambling to find somewhere that has a rental available as no other hertz locations have any as well.
Their web says they will hold reserved vehicle for 2 hour. I arrived 1 hour past pickup time and was told the vehicle has been already given to somebody else. Don’t give a promise to hold vehicle for 2 h if you cannot do it!
I’ve been renting from this location for years. It’s conveniently located and always competitively priced. It’s not the airport so its selection of vehicles is more limited. I tend to rent larger vehicles and I’ve always been more than pleased. This office is small so if you’re calling them directly, it may require a call back if they’re especially busy.
