Used Hertz on 2 occasions. I was completely impressed with Ron professionalism and customer service. He made everything quick and easy. He made sure I had a vehicle that suited my requirements and he is very friendly. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Awesome service!! I would rent a car from this place any time!!!

I will never go to another office nor company! Being in an accident is not easy and they made the process so easy for me!!! Shout out to Ron his customer service is always above and beyond!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience with this company. I had a reservation with this location 6/19/24. I was advised there were no vehicles available at present time 0900, however they would have vehicles to come in later today & would call when available for pick up. No one called. I called back at 3:25pm. I was advised the person who I spoke with is AM (Anthony) was not available, but on lunch & there is a note to give me a call when the car arrived. This was the best car rental experience I have ever had. Ron was professional and courteous and walked me through the process in a way that made my experience stress-free. I highly recommend this Hertz rental location and I will be returning here for future rentals.

These guys are amazing, very respectful. They made my experience so smooth, and so laid back. Love these guys and love this location. I'll be coming back
