made a reservation for a car weeks ago, was called a day prior to pickup being told they can't honor the reservation. why am i legally obligated to pick the reserved car up but Hertz isn't obligated to honor their part of the deal? why reserve a car here if there's no guarantee a car awaits you? EDIT: it got worse. not only did they not have a car for me but they charged me for a no-show! it took 32 minutes of being put on hold to get this undone. what a letdown.

I recently rented a car though hertz downtown and the manager on site was so polite and customer service skills were so distinguished. She was prompt and paid attention to detail in regards to the size of the vehicle I needed and was able to accommodate my rental experience. I would definitely book through this same location. The associate was named Ovetta, great customer service hertz!
