0 star for overall experience. I booked luxury car at Downers Grove. When I reached guy told me that he dont have luxury car and there is only only 1 car available. Rather than apologizing for it he was yelling at me as if I did something wrong. Never ever again with this company
Been a Hertz Gold member for almost 10 years and this place is the worst. I reached out to the manager through email and it doesn't seem like he cared for my input on my recent rental. I was taking the minivan to Colorado for a spring break road trip and it was inconvenient from the start. First the interior of the vehicle was not clean, the seats were stained, the upholstery in the trunk was loose and coming off, the carpet was torn. Reserved here only to come in and be informed that they won't fulfill the reservation and have no cars available.
ZERO. I was given a different vehicle than what i reserved. They gave me an electric that didnt have the charging adapter needed to charge at either a tesla charge or two other different ported charging stations. I return the vehicle expecting a full refund and the branch manager said he can't do that. YOU GAVE ME A VEHICLE WITHOUT THE MEANS TO CHARGE IT. Pursuant action is being taken
