I had a really bad experience renting a Tesla from this location. I made my reservation online (easy enough and for a fair rate). When I got there the woman started throwing a bunch of questions and asking for a bunch of add on options. She then wanted us to purchase some extra package saying regular car insurance won't cover electric cars. This was right when they opened and when I tried to call my insurance to verify they were not open. I rented a car from this location on Jul 3, 2025. Upon pickup up the car, the rental agent explained to me that I could opt out of the "PlatePass All-Inclusive Program" which I did as I only needed to travel on toll roads for one day. The agent then told me that I should leave the electronic tolling device on the windshield in the closed position, opening it only on that day and time when I was to be driving on a toll road, and I would be billed only for the tolls incurred.
