Hertz never fails. Friendly staff, great selection and just a great experience as always.
Rarely leave reviews but the blatant and rude customer service I received while trying to help a customer of my own was just uncalled for. Called 20 minutes before closing and instead of letting me know nicely the first thing the rep Courtney said was that they closed at 5. I asked for a manager and I waited until close to 5 on hold until I gave up to one answering. Terrible customer service!!
Courtney was AWESOME!!! Extremely friendly and very professional. She was able to process my rental timely, although the computer system were out of the ordinary slow. Very pleased with her service delivery As a result, I plan to use Hertz again for my next business and personal car rental needs.
It was a very pleasent and easy process. Renting a vehicle from south dover. Kourtney & India were very pleasant and easy going.
I had a horrific experience, and on top of the bad experience I was overcharged.
