Extremely easy and streamlined process. Customer service is like no other. I left there feeling like a valued customer. The staff was great and my representative was top notch. Put them in a commercial!
This used to be a great place to rent a vehicle... until manager Cleo Montgomery left and Jasmine Cornelius entered the picture. Just nasty, totally lacking any customer service skills whatsoever. While Ms Cleo ran a one-woman show, this location now has 3 employees and still can't get it right. Enterprise in Rehoboth is my new go-to. They have a firm grasp on customer service!
Don’t ask me about my experience after a when it sucked all the way around and then asked me to leave a review, PHL is the worst as far as rental facilities. Lies and runaround and nobody seems to care, Will consider moving onto a different company before renting from them again
Terrible experience. To start I had stopped into this location and called ahead of time to specifically request an all-wheel-drive vehicle. When it was the day of our rental and we picked up our vehicle, it was not all wheel drive. They also started to clean the vehicle while we were still there waiting. We did ask for an all-wheel-drive vehicle again which we were given then it was not clean as well..
