The staff were super helpful and upgraded my vehicle for me when they heard I needed more space. Only issue is that no one answers the phone when you call. Otherwise, great experience and I would be happy to rent here again.

After being involved in an accident and being offered a rental car, I figured I'd go with hertz since it was closest to me. That was a mistake. This location is impossible to get ahold of, the phone just keeps ringing and no one ever picks up (15+ minutes of it just ringing). Even after calling the central Hertz Customer Service line and having them send a notification to this location letting them know I'm trying to call them, no one ever calls back. I've been running from hurts for the last few months since I came back from Georgia if you don't go to 150 Freeport Street in Dorchester to get a rental something is very wrong with you they will accommodate you they will help you to the best of their ability they won't try to Short change you they won't try to over charge you they won't give you any dirty vehicles they are amazing it should be more people like them the manager and the guy that sits at the front desk at the door amazing men very polite respectful willing to ... read more
